Standard Shipping
UPS ground shipping delivery dates can NOT be guaranteed, only estimated. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect the following:
• West coast delivery: Within 3-5 days
• Midwest delivery: Within 1-3 days
• Southwest delivery: Within 2-6 days
• East/South delivery: Within 2-6 days
• Alaska/Hawaii delivery: Within 4-7 days
We will schedule your shipment one week prior to the date you select as a desired delivery date, so adjust your delivery date if you would like it shipped earlier or later. If you need delivery guaranteed by a certain date, we recommend using one of our expedited shipping options instead.

Redirected Packages
A $15.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.

State Sales Tax will be collected for shipments to Indiana (7%) & Tenn. (5.5%)
Hospital/College Notice
When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the college, hotel or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
